About this vacancy

As a Work Planner, you are part of the execution team based in Nieuwegein. In this role, you are closely involved in the entire preparation process of infrastructure projects. Additionally, you support the project supervisor during the execution and delivery of projects. You work within a close-knit team and take proactive responsibility to ensure everything is flawlessly organized before the execution begins. The projects have a steady inflow and are carried out for various grid operators. ### What will you do? - Compiling, managing, and maintaining project folders - Checking incoming assignments and maintaining contact with clients - Extracting, ordering, and reserving materials and equipment - Preparing and updating schedules, inventory lists, time tracking lists, and subcontractor lists - Drafting plans, such as survey plans and action plans - Requesting and evaluating quotes from third parties - Checking and processing production data - Telephone client contact - Performing general administrative tasks

What we expect from you

A completed education at MBO level
Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Work Planner within infrastructure
A practical, flexible attitude and strong communication skills
Good knowledge of automation and administrative systems
