About this vacancy

As a Work Planner, you are part of the execution team based in Nieuwegein. In this role, you are closely involved in the entire preparation process of infrastructure projects. Additionally, you support the project manager during the execution and delivery of projects. You work alongside a close-knit team and take proactive responsibility to ensure everything is meticulously organized before the execution begins. The projects have a steady influx and are carried out for various network operators. ### What will you do? - Compile, manage, and maintain project files - Review incoming assignments and maintain contact with clients - Calculate, order, and reserve materials and equipment - Create and update schedules, inventory lists, hour logs, and subcontractor lists - Draft and maintain plans, such as survey plans and project approaches - Request and evaluate quotations from third parties - Review and process production data - Handle customer contact via telephone - Perform general administrative tasks

What we expect from you

A completed education at MBO level
Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Work Planner in infrastructure
A practical, flexible attitude and strong communication skills
Good knowledge of automation and administrative systems
