About this vacancy
As a Work Planner, you are part of the execution team based in Nieuwegein. In this role, you are closely involved in the entire preparation process of infrastructure projects. Additionally, you support the site manager during the execution and delivery of projects. You work collaboratively within a close-knit team and take proactive responsibility to ensure that everything is meticulously arranged before execution begins. The projects have a steady flow and are carried out for various grid operators. ### What will you do? - Assemble, manage, and maintain project folders - Review incoming assignments and maintain contact with clients - Calculate, order, and reserve materials and equipment - Create and update schedules, inventory lists, time sheets, and subcontractor lists - Draft plans such as inspection plans and approaches - Request and evaluate quotes from third parties - Verify and process production data - Handle telephone customer contact - Perform general administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- A completed education at MBO level
- Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Work Planner within infrastructure
- A practical, flexible attitude and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of automation and administrative systems
