About this vacancy

Als Werkvoorbereider Bouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van bouwkundige projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en externe partijen en zorgt dat alle bouwprocessen goed zijn afgestemd voordat de uitvoering start. Je stelt planningen op, bewaakt budgetten, controleert tekeningen en bestekken en verzorgt inkoop en afstemming met leveranciers en onderaannemers. Door jouw voorbereiding kunnen projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd.

What we expect from you

Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Bouwkunde
Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met werkvoorbereiding binnen de bouw
Goede kennis van bouwprocessen, materialen en uitvoeringsmethodieken
Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding
