About this vacancy

Objective: Ensure the continuity and efficiency of warehouse activities by managing inbound and outbound flows, internal transfers, external logistics services, and shipments subject to export control, guaranteeing compliance and performance.

Main Activities:

Manage daily warehouse operations (goods reception, picking, packing, storage, and internal transfers).
Ensure the proper execution of inbound and outbound flows.
Organize shipments: request quotes, issue delivery notes (DDT) and shipping invoices, plan pickups.
Apply and verify compliance with export control regulations.
Coordinate internal and external services (logistics providers, couriers, company departments).
Update documentation and systems (SAP, Excel, Google Sheets) accurately.

What we expect from you

Degree in Management Engineering or similar fields
Experience with incoming goods, DDT, invoices, and shipping documents.
Experience in monitoring purchase orders and internal material requests.
Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements for export control.
Experience with stock data and operational procedures.
Experience with courier quote requests.
Native Italian speaker
Fluent in English
Tools: SAP HANA, Excel, Google Sheets, Office.
