About this vacancy

In this role, you are responsible for one or more projects within underground infrastructure, ensuring that they are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule and budget.

You act as the crucial link between preparation and execution, playing a key role in managing teams on location. With your organizational skills, pragmatic approach, and focus on quality, you ensure successful project delivery.

What will you do?

Project preparation: reviewing drawings, coordinating with clients, planning work preparation, and collaborating with other parties to guarantee a smooth start
Supervising execution: managing operational teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety on the construction site
Planning and monitoring schedules: developing realistic schedules and actively adjusting them when necessary
Digital project administration: maintaining project documentation, work orders, weekly statements, and other registrations
Financial settlement and follow-up: ensuring correct financial handling and proper project completion after delivery

What we expect from you

Higher Vocational Education (HBO) working and thinking level, with at least a completed MBO-4 qualification in a relevant technical field
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within underground infrastructure
Strong communication skills, excellent command of the Dutch language, and good proficiency in digital systems
A solution-oriented and proactive mindset, allowing you to easily switch between different tasks
