About this vacancy

At TMC, you have the opportunity to give your career in construction engineering a strong start as a Trainee. During this traineeship, you will contribute to leading construction engineering projects at a variety of organizations, such as consultancy and engineering firms, contractors, and public clients. Think of residential construction, commercial construction, renovation, and sustainability projects that visibly contribute to the built environment in the Netherlands. The traineeship combines learning on the job with space for your personal and professional development. You will receive a permanent contract at TMC and work on a project basis at various clients. This allows you to gain broad experience in construction engineering in a short period, while benefiting from the security, guidance, and development opportunities of a permanent employer.

What we expect from you

A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: at TMC, we encourage initiative and innovation.
Strong communication skills: you can effectively convey your ideas, both in writing and speaking.
The flexibility to work in different regions (North Brabant, Limburg, Gelderland, South Holland, Zeeland).
An affinity for project-based work and the ambition to contribute to challenging projects for diverse clients.
