The resource will be integrated into the Engineering Mechanics team and will be responsible for structural and thermal analyses on modules and devices for aerospace and defense applications.

About this vacancy

The position involves the development of structural and thermal simulation activities on mechanical components and systems, with a particular focus on composite materials and dynamic operating conditions. Main responsibilities: - Develop thermal analyses on modules and devices under **steady state** and **transient** conditions - Perform static and dynamic structural analyses (**modal, sine & random vibrations**) - Develop structural analyses on composite material parts (Kevlar, carbon fiber) - Draft technical reports and documentation related to structural and thermal analyses - Utilize advanced simulation tools to assess the mechanical and thermo-mechanical performance of devices

What we expect from you

1-2 years of experience in conducting structural analyses using:
- Altair Suite (HyperWorks, Inspire, SimSolid) or MSC Nastran for static, modal, sine & random vibration, shock, thermoelastic, nonlinear, fatigue, and composite material analyses
Expertise in thermal analyses using Siemens FloEFD (or equivalent tools)
Good knowledge of MATLAB to support calculation and post-processing activities
Ability to draft structural and thermal analysis reports
