As a Thermo-Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis and validation of complex systems in the aerospace field. You will have an active role in project coordination and resource management.

About this vacancy

Due to our continuous growth and the need to tackle increasingly advanced technological challenges, we are looking for experienced professionals with a strong engineering background and a knack for technical leadership, eager to work in a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.

What we expect from you

Master’s Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
At least 4 years of experience in thermo-mechanical field, preferably gained in the space sector.
Experience in thermo-mechanical design and analysis:
- thermal modeling and analysis
- FEM analysis
- dimensioning and validation of mechanical components and integrated systems
Good knowledge of simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Thermal Desktop, ESATAN, Nastran, or equivalents).
Ability to coordinate projects, manage teams, plan technical activities, define priorities, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Native Italian speaker and excellent knowledge of English.
