About this vacancy

As a technical project manager at TMC, you will work together with our clients around Västerås/Mälardalen. The projects are diverse, and our clients vary in industry and size. Tasks include investigations and feasibility studies, the development of new workflows and processes, and the implementation of these. Working with others in a dynamic environment with interdisciplinary disciplines places demands on your technical skills as well as your social abilities when collaborating with and leading your colleagues.

What we expect from you

We are curious about you if you are a trained university or civil engineer with several years of experience in leading technical projects. You have the ability to identify improvements in existing processes, create new working methods, and then implement them together with the various functions at our clients. You will work on defining project goals, developing detailed requirement specifications, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will work in a dynamic environment where close collaboration between different teams is crucial, giving you the opportunity to develop both leadership and communication skills.

We expect you to be fluent in both English and Swedish.
