About this vacancy

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, working proactively and systematically to achieve set goals and deadlines. You will be part of our national Talent Acquisition team and handle the recruitment of technical consultants for our offices in Stockholm, Västerås, and other locations across Sweden. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you hold a central role in our organization and are a driving force for our strategic growth. The position is based at either our Stockholm or Västerås office.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, driven, and creative with a strong passion for recruitment. You are a person who: - Has a strong drive and a goal-oriented attitude. - Is an excellent relationship builder, skilled at creating and maintaining relationships both internally and externally, and understands the importance of building strong networks. - Is creative and innovative, bringing forward solutions to attract the best talents in the market. - Is passionate about finding top talents who can contribute to our shared growth and success. To succeed in the role, you have: - At least 1 year of experience recruiting for technical roles. - Experience within the consultancy industry or another fast-paced organization. - An academic degree. - Expertise in search and identification of IT consultants. - Proficiency in attracting candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter. - Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
