About this vacancy

The resource will contribute to the activities of analysis, design, and requirements management in complex contexts, employing a Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach, participating in significant projects in the aerospace and defense domain.

You will be responsible for:

Definition, analysis, and management of system requirements according to the MIL-STD-498 standard.
Modeling and design of complex systems using a Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach.
Using the main MBSE tools for requirement definition, traceability, and verification:
- IBM Rational Rhapsody
- IBM DOORS
- IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC)
- IBM RPE
Support for system integration, verification, and validation activities.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in systems engineering and project management.

What we expect from you

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or related fields (essential requirement).
Italian native speaker with a good command of the English language (written and spoken).
Experience in applying Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
Good knowledge of MBSE tools: IBM Rational Rhapsody, DOORS, RTC, RPE.
Knowledge of the MIL-STD-498 standard.
Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams.
At least 1 year of previous experience in the defense sector.
