About this vacancy

The resource will contribute to activities involving analysis, design, and requirements management in complex contexts using a **Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)** approach, participating in prominent projects in the aerospace and defense sectors. You will be responsible for: - Definition, analysis, and management of system requirements according to the **MIL-STD-498** standard. - Modeling and designing complex systems with a **Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)** approach. - Using major MBSE tools for defining, tracing, and verifying requirements: - **IBM Rational Rhapsody** - **IBM DOORS** - **IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC)** - **IBM RPE** - Supporting system integration, verification, and validation activities. - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in system engineering and project management.

What we expect from you

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar fields (essential requirement).
Native Italian speaker with a good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Experience in the application of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
Good knowledge of MBSE tools: IBM Rational Rhapsody, DOORS, RTC, RPE (minimum 1 year of experience, mandatory).
Knowledge of the MIL-STD-498 standard.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a propensity for teamwork in multidisciplinary environments.
At least 1 year of previous experience in the defense sector.
