What we expect from you
Wat ga je doen? Als Supply Chain Engineer ben jij de schakel die logistieke processen doorgrondt én verbetert. Je kijkt verder dan de standaardoplossing: je onderzoekt de keten, signaleert kansen, creëert nieuwe concepten en vertaalt inzichten naar acties die daadwerkelijk impact hebben. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams, leveranciers en klanten om verbeteringen te realiseren die de keten flexibeler, sneller en efficiënter maken. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: • Analyseren van risico’s, doorlooptijden, koststructuren en flexibiliteit binnen de Supply Chain • Initiëren en uitvoeren van verbeterinitiatieven, zowel intern als extern • Implementeren van innovatieve Supply Chain concepten • Vertalen van logistieke concepten naar ERP processen en het bewaken van parameters • Deelnemen aan program managementteams en supplier accountteams Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de keten draait als een goed draaiend High Tech systeem. Jouw profiel Je bent analytisch sterk en weet theoretische modellen om te zetten in praktische oplossingen. Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving waar precisie, samenwerking en vooruitdenken centraal staan. Bovendien weet je jouw inzichten helder te communiceren naar verschillende stakeholders. Jij brengt mee: • Een afgeronde HBO- of WO opleiding in Supply Chain management, technische bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting • Ambitie om te groeien binnen de High Tech maakindustrie • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels • Ervaring met ERP systemen (pré)
