About this vacancy

As an Employeneur, you have the opportunity to support companies in various types of development projects and roles throughout Skaraborg at our clients. In the role of Supplier Quality Engineer, you will ensure that suppliers deliver materials and components with the right quality. When quality issues arise, you are the one driving the analysis, following up on the suppliers' corrective actions, and ensuring that the problems receive sustainable solutions. In this role, you will work systematically with established quality methods such as 8D, 6M, and fishbone analysis. You will ensure that the supplier conducts a thorough investigation, takes corrective measures, and follows up to confirm that these actions are effective in practice. To succeed, it is essential that you enjoy collaborating cross-functionally, building relationships, and leading meetings in a clear and professional manner. As an SQE, you need to have an analytical approach, good judgment, and the ability to critically assess the suppliers' work to ensure that quality requirements are met.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone who is a trained university or civil engineer and preferably has at least 5 years of experience in quality work. We expect you to have a passion for quality work, continuous improvement, and experience working in the field of production technology. We are curious about candidates who: · Have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in quality work or supplier requirements within the manufacturing industry. · Hold a minimum 3-year technical university degree as an engineer. · Possess strong language skills and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. · Have worked with Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and PFMEA. · Have experience in supplier development.
