About this vacancy

You will work with both new development and maintenance of internal systems and have overall responsibility for one or more systems. The role involves participating in making technical decisions, planning long-term, and ensuring that the systems are developed in line with the organization's needs. You serve as an important link between technology and the organization and contribute to influencing workflows, tools, and processes within software development. In this role, you will:

Have comprehensive responsibility for one or more systems, including technical choices and long-term planning.
Participate in requirements management together with the organization and users.
Contribute to and drive improvements in processes, tools, and workflows within software development.

What we expect from you

You are a responsible and solutions-oriented developer who enjoys seeing the bigger picture. You like taking ownership, driving improvements, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Combining technology, structure, and business understanding motivates you. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

Strong knowledge of Java programming.
Experience in requirements management in close collaboration with business and users.
Experience in system architecture and design.
Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
