TMC USA is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead PCB design projects, support R&D for new and legacy products, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative engineering environment.

About this vacancy

Design and develop PCB layouts and schematics using Cadence Allegro (or similar tools).
Lead PCB design efforts from concept through release to manufacturing.
Create and manage schematics, BOMs, Gerber files, and fabrication documentation in Windchill PDM.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and qualification of electronic products.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Project teams.
Participate in ECO reviews and support manufacturing and quality initiatives.
Mentor and coach junior electrical engineers.

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
8–10 years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering with strong PCB design expertise.
Solid background in analog and/or digital circuits and power electronics.
Experience with Cadence Allegro and PLM/PDM tools (Windchill or similar).
Hands-on experience with lab test equipment and product troubleshooting.
