The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of projects in the industrial/manufacturing field, with a particular focus on integrated processes in the SAP environment.

About this vacancy

The role will ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality while serving as an interface between the technical area (mechanical/electronic), IT, and business. - Full management of the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure) - Coordination of cross-functional teams (technical office, production, quality, IT) - Gathering and defining functional and technical requirements - Supervision of process integration within the SAP environment (logistics, production, procurement, warehouse) - Monitoring project KPIs (budget, timing, performance) - Managing internal and external stakeholders - Identifying and managing project risks - Support in optimizing industrial processes

What we expect from you

Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Management Engineering, or related fields
At least 6 months of experience as a Project Manager in industrial/manufacturing/defense sectors
Experience in project management using SAP (preferably knowledge of modules PP, MM, WM, SD)
Experience in structured production environments
Knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic production processes
Good knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall)
Native Italian speaker and good knowledge of English.
