Are you ready to apply your knowledge of Salesforce/Bullhorn within an innovative organization, without the constant pressure of consultancy travel? At TMC, you work from our location on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven on a modern and international Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You manage and develop our Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud environment running on Salesforce, support (key) users, and actively contribute to process improvement, data quality, and smart integrations. What we expect from you
As a Salesforce / Bullhorn administrator, you ensure that our ATS platform is reliable, user-friendly, and future-proof. You work closely with our key users and colleagues within Application & Integration. You enjoy solving puzzles in systems, quickly understanding processes, and taking pleasure in resolving queries as well as configuring or realizing small extensions yourself. Additionally, you have an affinity for data and integrations – experience with MuleSoft is a plus but certainly not mandatory. Your tasks include: - Managing and further developing our Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud environment on Salesforce. - Configuring objects, workflows, fields, validations, and other settings. - Resolving support queries from users and contributing ideas for improvements. - Managing plugins, integrations, and related applications within the recruitment landscape. - Supporting integrations with other systems (including via MuleSoft). - Identifying opportunities for optimization in processes, data quality, and user experience. - Participating in small development and extension projects. - Acting as a sparring partner for key users and IT colleagues. What do you bring? - Higher vocational education (HBO) work and thinking level. - A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or a similar CRM/ATS platform. - Affinity for data, integrations, and process optimization. - Basic knowledge of APIs or integration platforms (MuleSoft is a plus but not required). - Analytical skills and the ability to translate user requirements into solutions. - Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. - Excellent command of both Dutch and English is essential.
