About this vacancy
In this role, you are responsible for designing, simulating, and optimizing RF and microwave IC components within BiCMOS or III‑V semiconductor technologies. You create and refine circuit designs, perform electrical and electromagnetic simulations, and contribute to layout optimization to ensure high‑frequency performance. You collaborate with IC designers and radar specialists to align your circuit designs with system-level requirements and radar applications. Additionally, you prepare your designs for integration into a chip and support the final steps toward tape‑out, documenting all design choices clearly and thoroughly throughout the process.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Electrical Engineering. - 5+ years RF/Microwave IC design experience. - Experience with BiCMOS and/or III‑V. - Knowledge of tape‑out flows. - Skilled in Cadence and ADS. - Strong RF/high‑frequency fundamentals. - Fluent in English.
