About this vacancy

As an Employeneur specializing in quality, you will work together with our clients in and around Gothenburg. Your tasks may include analyzing quality issues and deviations in products and materials, conducting root cause analyses and risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions. You may also be responsible for developing strategies and methods for testing and verification, leading improvement projects, and supplier development. The role may also involve reviewing drawings and specifications. To ensure the delivery of high-quality products, close collaboration with designers, procurement, project managers, and other key stakeholders is often required.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone who is a university-educated or civil engineer and ideally has at least 5 years of experience in quality work. We expect you to be passionate about quality work and continuous improvement. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a consultant. We are curious about candidates who have: · At least 5 years of relevant work experience in quality work or supplier requirements within the manufacturing industry. · A minimum 3-year technical university degree, such as in engineering, systems science, and/or computer science. · Strong language skills and fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. · Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and PFMEA. · Experience in supplier development.
