Project Planner vacancy in Belgium

About this vacancy

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (including engineering, production, procurement, and quality) to ensure timelines, budgets, and technical standards are met. Your role is key in keeping projects on track, providing updates to stakeholders, and identifying potential risks before they impact delivery.

• Develop and maintain project schedules to support timely delivery.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple teams and ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Track budgets, resources, and milestones, highlighting any deviations or risks.
• Act as a central contact for project updates, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and support continuous improvement in project execution.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical (electro/mechanical) or economic or business field.
• 1-4 years of experience in project planning, production coordination, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English AND Dutch.
• Advantageous: experience with SAP MM, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or knowledge of German.
