Project Manager - Welding processes for avionic test benches

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the development and management of test benches for avionics equipment.

About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

Analyze the Technical Data Package (TDP) and provide feedback to the design team.
Evaluate time and methods, defining work cycles and production processes.
Develop and maintain production documentation, including part lists, work cycles, drawings, and production specifications.
Manage non-conformity analysis and implement corrective actions.
Provide support to production departments and promote lean manufacturing methodologies (5S).
Use problem-solving tools (RCA, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why, 5W+1H, Pareto diagram) and quality methodologies.
Draft technical documentation such as method sheets, operating instructions, and technical reports.

What we expect from you

Degree in Electronic, Industrial, and Management Engineering.
Previous experience in the configuration of avionics equipment and test benches.
Knowledge of production processes, workflows, and special processes.
Experience with problem-solving tools and quality methodologies.
Understanding of lean manufacturing (5S) and process control tools.
Native Italian speaker with a good command of English.
