About this vacancy

As a project leader with us at TMC, you will work on industrialization together with our clients in the process industry. The tasks include, among other things, feasibility studies, machinery procurement, and the construction of new process plants. We highly value the ability to not only master your technical skills, but also to effectively apply them in various contexts, teams, and settings to deliver results.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone who is a university or civil engineer with extensive experience in leading improvement and investment projects. You have a sharp ability to quickly analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop new ways of working that deliver concrete, measurable results. You manage projects from start to finish and ensure that all parts of the customer's organization work towards the same goals, with clear improvements in both efficiency and performance. You have 10 years of experience in the process industry and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
