About this vacancy
La risorsa gestirà le commesse della divisione impianti tecnoclogici, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, budget e standard qualitativi, coordinando le risorse (interne e subappalti) e interfacciandosi con il Cliente. Responsabilità Principali : - Gestione Commesse: Pianificazione, supervisione tecnica ed economica, monitoraggio SAL e stesura budget. - Coordinamento Team: Gestione di progettisti, tecnici, capi cantiere e squadre operative. - Relazioni Clienti: Interfaccia diretta con la committenza per la fidelizzazione e la promozione dell'immagine aziendale. - Sinergia Interna: Collaborazione con gli uffici Acquisti, Amministrazione e HR per le necessità di cantiere.
What we expect from you
Esperienza: Almeno 3 anni di seniority nel ruolo specifico. Competenze Tecniche: Conoscenza di impianti elettrici e meccanici al servizio degli edifici; tecniche di Project Management. Titolo di Studio: Diploma tecnico o superiore. Soft Skills: Autonomia decisionale, orientamento agli obiettivi, leadership e ottime doti relazionali. Mobilità: Disponibilità a trasferte
