About this vacancy

Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and monitor the development of defense-related projects - Manage resources, timelines, and allocated budgets - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures - Draft progress reports and technical documentation - Support risk management activities and continuous improvement initiatives

What we expect from you

Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in the defense or industrial sector
Good knowledge of the SAP system (mandatory requirement)
Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Native Italian speaker with a good knowledge of technical English
