We are looking for a Project Buyer (m/f/d) responsible for strategic and operational procurement as well as the management of our supplier portfolio in Germany.

About this vacancy

Management of a local supplier portfolio for projects in Germany.
Execution of sourcing, benchmarking, and supplier qualification prior to project start.
Regular visits to strategic suppliers to ensure quality and collaboration.
Procurement of consulting services, mechanical and electrical components, assembly services, as well as general site and office supplies.
Organization and execution of tenders in coordination with strategic purchasers and project teams.
Analysis and evaluation of offers, as well as negotiation of terms and contract conditions.
Preparation of contracts, placement of orders, and support for the project management in supplier coordination.

What we expect from you

Several years of professional experience in procurement or in the commercial field.
Fluent German and very good English skills.
Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
Strong teamwork skills, structured and careful working style.
Ability to create summaries and reports precisely.
