About this vacancy
Als werkvoorbereider zorg jij voor een goede samenwerking tussen de werkvloer en de technische voorbereiding. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van materialen en werkorders tot planningen en kwaliteitscontroles. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert knelpunten en schakelt met collega’s om projecten volgens planning en met de hoogste kwaliteit op te leveren. Kortom; een afwisselende rol waarin je techniek, procesoptimalisatie en samenwerking combineert! Concreet betekent dit dat jij: • De productie voorziet van de juiste informatie en materialen, zodat alles soepel verloopt; • Gedetailleerde planningen opstelt en de benodigde capaciteit beoordeelt; • Afwijkingen in de planning tijdig signaleert en direct schakelt met de betrokken teams; • Binnengekomen goederen controleert op kwaliteit en kwantiteit; • Actief bijdraagt aan verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.
What we expect from you
Je houdt overzicht, plant nauwkeurig en zorgt dat materialen, werkorders en technische informatie op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert helder met verschillende afdelingen en weet snel te schakelen bij veranderingen. Met jouw technische inzicht en oog voor kwaliteit draag je bij aan een vlot en foutloos productieproces. Verder breng jij mee: - Een afgeronde technische opleiding en werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Ervaring met het lezenen controleren van technische tekeningen; - Beheersing van AFAS of vergelijkbare ERP-systemen is een pré; - Humor.
