About this vacancy

Develop new composite solutions for high-performance applications, ensuring best-in-class functionality and durability.
Lead or contribute to applied and fundamental research projects to advance material performance.
Troubleshoot and optimize processes in our production plant with a practical, agile approach.
Implement solutions that meet budget and timeline constraints while complying with all regulations and procedures.
Monitor scientific advancements, share insights with the team, and stay informed on industry and business trends.
Identify and act on intellectual property opportunities and risks to strengthen our portfolio.
Demonstrate and promote compliance with all Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) and security standards.

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
3–10 years in academic or industrial environments with proven contributions (preferably with textile/yarn manufacturing expertise)
Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
Team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
