Our customer is a leader in designing cutting-edge solutions for the maritime industry—from advanced submarine concepts to major FPSO conversions and complex system integrations.

For this exciting project, we’re looking for a Senior Naval Architect who thrives on solving complex technical challenges. You will transform technical requirements into smart, practical designs and take full ownership of concept and basic design phases.

Your expertise in stability, resistance and propulsion, weight management, and motion analysis will form the foundation for safe and efficient maritime solutions.

Beyond the technical aspects, you’ll provide strategic advice to international clients—including defense organizations—helping them make well-informed decisions.

You’ll also mentor junior Naval Architects and ensure knowledge sharing within the team, contributing to a culture of excellence.

What we expect from you

• In addition to holding a completed Bachelor, for example in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering of Mechanical Engineering, and having at least 5 years of relevant experience within a Naval Architecture position you also possess the following qualities:
