About this vacancy

As a Mechanical Engineer, you work on challenging and innovative projects for clients in the Eindhoven region. You are responsible for the design, development, and optimization of mechanical solutions. Your tasks include: - Designing and developing mechanical systems, modules, and components - Elaborating designs in 2D and 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Siemens NX) - Contributing ideas regarding manufacturability, cost optimization, and technical feasibility - Preparing and managing technical documentation and specifications - Guiding change and improvement processes - Coordinating with R&D, production, procurement, and quality departments - Presenting and defending designs during technical reviews

What we expect from you

We are looking for an engineer with a solid technical foundation and a proactive work attitude. - Completed higher vocational (HBO) or university (WO) education in Mechanical Engineering or similar - At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Designer - Proven experience with 2D/3D CAD software such as Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or similar - Knowledge of construction principles, manufacturability, and tolerance analysis - Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset - Able to work independently as well as in multidisciplinary teams - Good command of Dutch and English
