About this vacancy
Nel ruolo di Mechanical Engineer sarai responsabile di:
- Condurre studi di fattibilità tecnica, valutando la producibilità dei pezzi in relazione ai vincoli di progettazione, alle tecnologie disponibili e alle capacità delle macchine utensili.
- Effettuare la stima dei tempi macchina e dei tempi di attrezzaggio, utilizzando metodologie standard come MTM, per garantire accuratezza nella pianificazione e nei costi.
- Utilizzare CATIA V5 per analizzare i modelli 3D, individuare passaggi critici e proporre ottimizzazioni orientate alla produzione (DfM).
- Definire il ciclo di lavoro completo, includendo sequenze di lavorazione, ribaltamenti, fissaggi, scelta utensili, parametri di taglio e soluzioni di miglioramento continuo.
- Coordinare le fasi successive del processo produttivo, come verniciatura e trattamenti superficiali o termici, assicurando coerenza e fluidità del flusso operativo.
What we expect from you
- Conoscenza di software CAD, preferibilmente CATIA V5
- Esperienza nella progettazione meccanica e solida conoscenza delle lavorazioni meccaniche
- Ottima capacità relazionale e di interfaccia con progettazione, produzione e qualità
- Conoscenza di lingua italiana (C1) e inglese
