About this vacancy

Own the quality performance of one or more production sectors
Ensure the Process Control Plan is applied and aligned with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Partner with production supervisors to identify and manage risks proactively
Act as the local expert for traceability systems on the manufacturing floor
Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
Create, maintain, and train teams on quality control documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in your area of responsibility
Lead containment actions, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities
Participate in Short Interval Management (SIM) meetings with production teams
Provide solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Support new product evolution with input on quality requirements and control capabilities

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics)
3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or related functions
Familiarity with FMEA, Process Control Plans, and Process Audits
Six Sigma knowledge/certification highly preferred
Experience with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control is a plus
Excellent communication skills and good level of English (written & verbal)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving activities
