Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Join our team as a Quality Engineer! Lead process audits, solve root-cause issues, and drive continuous improvement to deliver top-quality products to our customers.

Over deze vacature
- Own the quality performance of one or more production sectors
- Ensure the Process Control Plan is applied and aligned with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Partner with production supervisors to identify and manage risks proactively
- Act as the local expert for traceability systems on the manufacturing floor
- Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
- Create, maintain, and train teams on quality control documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in your area of responsibility
- Lead containment actions, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities
- Participate in Short Interval Management (SIM) meetings with production teams
- Provide solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Support new product evolution with input on quality requirements and control capabilities
Wat we van jou verwachten
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics)
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or related functions
- Familiarity with FMEA, Process Control Plans, and Process Audits
- Six Sigma knowledge/certification highly preferred
- Experience with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and good level of English (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving activities
