About this vacancy

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are responsible for developing new production processes and optimizing existing ones. Additionally, you implement these (sub)processes and methods. Within the process, you will design new processes (Design for Manufacturing), fabricate and oversee the installation of new equipment, and work based on Continuous Improvement, where you are also an expert in this field. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are responsible for industrialization processes. You will work within multidisciplinary teams, where you play an important role.

What we expect from you

You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, and have experience with: - Two to five years of work experience in an industrial, medical, or pharmaceutical environment; - Experience with DfSS, DfM, or Yield, or an interest in these areas; - Knowledge of GMP or other guidelines; - Writing protocols and performing validation tests; - Transferring knowledge, providing training, and instructions; - Proficiency in the Dutch and English language; - Residing in the Groningen area.
