M&A and Group Control Internship vacancy in Netherlands

Then this M&A & Group Control internship at TMC could be the ideal opportunity for you. You will contribute to strategic projects in close collaboration with the M&A team and the Group Controller.

NOTE We're looking for someone that lives in the Netherlands and who is able to be in the office in Eindhoven for at least 3 days a week.

What we expect from you

As an intern at TMC, your time will be evenly split between Group Control and M&A. You’ll gain hands-on experience in acquisition processes, strategic projects, and financial analysis. No day is the same — from analyzing investment opportunities to preparing due diligence materials or helping to implement our new CPM tool. You will work directly with both the M&A and Finance teams and contribute to strategic topics at group level and within our international entities.

Your responsibilities may include

·        Mapping companies and the markets in which they operate

·        Assessing investment opportunities

·        Supporting due diligence processes

·        Assisting in the development and implementation of integration projects

·        Conducting market and competitor analyses

·        Creating financial models and valuations

·        Implementing our new Forecast Module in Tagetik

·        Implementing our IFRS 16 module in Tagetik

·        Building reports in Tagetik

What we’re looking for

·        You are currently pursuing a university‑level (WO) degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field

·        You have strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy in your work

·        You are curious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently

·        Previous internship experience in a professional environment is a plus

·        You are fluent in English
