About this vacancy

As a Logistics Specialist at TMC, you’ll support our partners in optimizing their logistics operations and solving day-to-day and strategic challenges in supply, warehousing, and distribution. You’ll be part of diverse projects across different sectors, contributing your expertise while growing as an Employeneur!

Analyze, improve, and streamline logistics flows (inbound, outbound, inventory, and transport)
Provide hands-on support for WMS or TMS implementation and optimization
Ensure effective coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and production units
Identify bottlenecks and propose practical, data-driven solutions
Act as a logistics expert or project coordinator within client teams

What we expect from you

Master Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
1–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain environments
Familiar with warehouse operations, transportation planning, and logistics tools
Analytical mindset, team spirit, and strong communication skills
Fluent in English AND Dutch OR French
