What we expect from you
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: • Het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van productieplannen voor hightech producten en modules • Beoordelen van de impact van planningsbeslissingen op de complete keten • Zorgen dat logistieke acties tijdig, helder en feilloos worden uitgevoerd • Heldere en transparante communicatie met alle interne stakeholders Daarnaast analyseer je logistieke parameters en settings binnen de keten en vertaal je verbetervoorstellen naar concrete acties — zowel binnen de organisatie als in de ERP systemen. Je optimaliseert de capaciteitsplanning en creëert voorspelbaarheid richting de toekomst. Met andere woorden: jij brengt structuur, inzicht en rust in een dynamische omgeving waar techniek en logistiek samenkomen. Jouw kracht Je beschikt over een HBO- of WO achtergrond in bijvoorbeeld werktuigbouwkunde, technische bedrijfskunde, mechatronica of logistiek. Je hebt al bewezen dat je kunt werken in een technische omgeving en je hebt ervaring met het plannen van complexe industriële systemen. Daarnaast ben je sterk in: • Het vertalen van logistieke concepten naar ERP processen • Het coördineren van ketenactiviteiten vanuit overzicht én diepgang • Duidelijk en professioneel communiceren in zowel Nederlands als Engels Je herkent jezelf in deze competenties: • Analytisch en resultaatgericht • Teamplayer met eigenaarschap • Natuurlijke kartrekker voor verbeteringen en besluitvorming
