About this vacancy

This role focuses on early-phase ink design and development, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and performance.

Design and formulate new UVgel inks for future graphic arts printing products
Plan and execute lab-scale and printer-level experiments
Analyze material properties (e.g., rheology, mechanical behavior)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to IP generation
Translate application needs into technical solutions

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
2+ years of R&D experience (preferably industrial)
Expertise in ink/coating formulation and material characterization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, independent, and a team player
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
