About this vacancy

Lead the industrialization of new products within the mechatronics domain, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electronic, and software components from prototype to full-scale production
Ensure production processes are efficient and aligned with quality standards
Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee manufacturability
Supervise installation and testing of production equipment
Manage and maintain technical documentation (e.g., FMEA, work instructions, control plans)
Work in a dynamic, technical environment with international growth opportunities
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

What we expect from you

Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering or industrialization
Experience with CAD (e.g., CATIA, Creo), PLM software, and MES systems
Confidence with strain gauges is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs
Leadership, results orientation, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English
