About this vacancy

Main Responsibilities

Design, development, and validation of FPGA modules for complex electronic systems.
Implementation of digital algorithms in VHDL/Verilog.
Simulation, synthesis, place & route, and timing analysis of designed logics.
Integration and testing of FPGA systems on real hardware platforms.
Drafting of technical documentation according to defense industry standards.
Collaboration with System Engineering teams for the definition of functional requirements and interfaces.
Support for integration and verification activities at laboratories or test centers.

What we expect from you

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Experience (1+ years) in FPGA design in industrial or defense domains.
Excellent knowledge of VHDL and/or Verilog.
Familiarity with development tools Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, or equivalents.
Skills in simulation (ModelSim, QuestaSim) and debugging (ChipScope, SignalTap).
Knowledge of communication protocols (SPI, UART, Ethernet, PCIe, AXI, etc.).
Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN).
Native Italian speaker with a good command of English.
