About this vacancy

You will play a vital role in supporting the safe operation and lifetime extension of power plants. You’ll ensure the qualification of critical instrumentation equipment, evaluate obsolete components, and manage supplier relations to maintain compliance with nuclear safety standards. This role involves developing qualification programs, supervising laboratory tests, and presenting results to key stakeholders. You will contribute directly to the continued reliability and safety of essential systems.

Support utilities in identifying obsolete components and evaluating supplier alternatives.
Manage communication with suppliers and coordinate hardware qualification activities.
Develop and oversee qualification programs and test justifications in line with nuclear standards.
Supervise qualification tests, analyze results, and present findings to clients and regulatory authorities.
Conduct technical audits of equipment suppliers both locally and internationally.

What we expect from you

Degree in Engineering (Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, or similar).
First experience in nuclear, industrial, railway, aeronautical or similar sectors.
Knowledge of electricity, instrumentation, and quality assurance standards.
Fluent in English; AND Dutch OR French.
