About this vacancy

As Request & Infradata Employee, you are the **first point of contact** for internal departments submitting requests for earthwork or infrastructure projects. You assess applications, ask detailed questions when necessary, and understand what these mean for surveyors, draftsmen, and authorizers. In this role, you work closely with the coordinator and serve as the **face of the department**. Safety, collaboration, and quality are central to your daily tasks. **What you will be doing:** - Assessing and processing requests for earthwork and infrastructure projects. - Inquiring further about incomplete or unclear requests to gather the right information. - Explaining the impact of a request on the subsequent process (surveying, drafting, authorization). - Communicating with applicants, surveyors, draftsmen, and authorizers. - Working with systems like MicroStation, Atlas, and internal request portals. - Supporting the verification of data for CAD drawings. - Managing the mailbox and phone communication. **About the department** The Geo-Information and Company Cadastre (GIB) department manages the **current register of location information** for underground and above-ground infrastructure and topography. The goal is to digitally map reality as accurately as possible, facilitating efficient communication between internal departments and external partners. Your work directly contributes to reliable maps and analyses that make a difference for our client.

What we expect from you

MBO-4 level of education and thinking (preferably Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or Cables & Pipelines).
Affinity with technical information, maps, and infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or MicroStation).
Strong communication skills: not afraid to ask questions and able to make technical information understandable.
Analytical skills and process-oriented insight.
Precise and responsible.
Willingness to work physically at the office 5 days a week.
In possession of a driver's license B.
