About this vacancy

TMC USA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical & Mechanical Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical and mechanical installations on-site, verifying that all work meets company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. You will play a key role in quality inspections, documentation, and coordinating corrective actions to support successful project delivery. Locations of projects usually changes only every 6-10 months. The profile selected will lead complex, large-scale projects requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Conduct on-site quality inspections and testing of electrical and mechanical installations according to project specifications and standards
Prepare, maintain, and execute detailed quality checklists and inspection reports
Identify and document non-conformances, and prioritize corrective actions in coordination with project teams and subcontractors
Monitor installation progress to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field teams to resolve quality issues promptly
Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning quality verification activities  Ensure compliance with company and client quality policies and industry standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and records
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to installation quality and processes

What we expect from you

Proven experience in Electrical & Mechanical quality assurance and quality control in industrial or intralogistics projects
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical installation standards, codes, and best practices
Experience conducting on-site inspections, using quality checklists, and managing non conformance reports
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to electrical and mechanical installations
Proficient with quality documentation tools and software (e.g., checklists, reports, corrective action tracking)
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
