Electrical & Mechanical QA/QC

TMC USA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical & Mechanical Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical and mechanical installations on-site, verifying that all work meets company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. You will play a key role in quality inspections, documentation, and coordinating corrective actions to support successful project delivery. Locations of projects usually changes only every 6-10 months. The profile selected will lead complex, large-scale projects requiring strong leadership and communication skills. 

• Conduct on-site quality inspections and testing of electrical and mechanical installations according to project specifications and standards
• Prepare, maintain, and execute detailed quality checklists and inspection reports
• Identify and document non-conformances, and prioritize corrective actions in coordination with project teams and subcontractors
• Monitor installation progress to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field teams to resolve quality issues promptly
• Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning quality verification activities  Ensure compliance with company and client quality policies and industry standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and records
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to installation quality and processes 

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

• Proven experience in Electrical & Mechanical quality assurance and quality control in industrial or intralogistics projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical installation standards, codes, and best practices
• Experience conducting on-site inspections, using quality checklists, and managing non conformance reports
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to electrical and mechanical installations
• Proficient with quality documentation tools and software (e.g., checklists, reports, corrective action tracking)
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
