About this vacancy

As a Data Management Employee C, you are responsible for improving data quality, so that activities on the energy infrastructure can be carried out safely and efficiently. You ensure that the data in the systems is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, ensuring our grids and new infrastructure meet the required standards. What you will do:

Efficiently register and update inputs from Data Operations Assets; think of projects focused on data enrichment and data cleansing.
Identify and analyze discrepancies within projects and propose improvements.
Process complex updates in the systems.
Maintain an overview of inventories within projects and contribute to meeting KPI standards.
Independently carry out your tasks and support colleagues as a subject matter mentor within ongoing projects.

Projects you will contribute to:

Integration of thousands of connections into the system for a clear visual representation of the actual location.
Processing updates based on photos of various assets within our infrastructure.

What we expect from you

You are someone who can maintain a good overview, take responsibility for improvements, is accurate and stress-resistant, and possesses strong communication skills to coordinate between different parties. **Furthermore, we ask for:** - An MBO diploma, preferably completed Intermediate Electricity Distribution Technology or Intermediate Gas Technology. - The ability to work hybrid and adhere to team agreements. - The capability to address colleagues on substantive aspects, attitude, and behavior. - The potential to grow into a senior role. - Experience with and knowledge of processing data in a GIS environment, preferably Smallworld.

The Asset Registration department is responsible for processing (geographical) station, cable, and pipeline information in our systems. The department plays a crucial role in improving change processes, automation, and ensuring data quality.
