About this vacancy

As a Control Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, modeling, and implementation of high-precision control strategies for complex mechatronic systems. You will operate at the intersection of mechanics, electronics, and software, translating system dynamics into robust and high-performance control solutions. You will work closely with system architects, mechanical designers, electronics engineers, and software developers to realize state-of-the-art motion systems. Responsibilities Develop dynamic models of mechatronic systems using MATLAB/Simulink Design and validate advanced control algorithms (PID, state-space, feedforward, observers, etc.) Perform system identification, stability analysis, and performance optimization Translate mechatronic architectures into scalable and robust control concepts Analyze vibration, resonance, and disturbance behavior in high-precision systems Support integration, testing, and validation of control software on hardware platforms Contribute to continuous improvement of control strategies and design methodologies

What we expect from you

MSc or PhD in Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Strong background in precision motion control and system dynamics Proven experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation Knowledge of control theory (state-space control, frequency domain analysis, observer design) Experience with mechatronic system design and multidisciplinary engineering Familiarity with real-time control implementation is a strong plus Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Fluent in English (spoken and written)
