About this vacancy
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will focus on the design, development, and optimization of advanced control systems for high-tech and industrial applications. You will work at the interface of hardware and software, translating system requirements into reliable and high-performance control solutions. In this role, you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust and scalable systems that meet demanding performance and precision standards.
Your Challenges
• Design, develop, and implement control systems for complex technical applications
• Create and simulate system models using MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools
• Develop and tune control algorithms (PID, state-space, feedforward, etc.)
• Perform system analysis, validation, and performance optimization
• Support integration of control systems into hardware and software environments
• Troubleshoot and improve system behavior based on test data and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level performance
What we expect from you
Your Profile
• MSc or PhD in Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong foundation in control theory and system dynamics
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation
• Knowledge of control techniques and system analysis methods
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments
• Familiarity with real-time systems is a plus
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
