About this vacancy

As a Clay Modelleur, you will play a key role in the creative process by independently performing modeling activities and creating physical design models for both interiors and exteriors. Your work ensures that design decisions are made accurately and on time, influencing the look and feel of future vehicles. You will interpret designers’ intentions and translate them into three-dimensional models, working with various materials such as clay, wood, and plastics. From scale models to full-size prototypes, your creations will allow management to assess aesthetics and functionality before moving forward. This role is based in our Design Center, where tight deadlines and cost constraints require precision, creativity, and resilience.

What we expect from you

• Education & Experience: MBO level education and at least 15 years of experience as a modeler.
• Technical Skills: Extensive experience with clay modeling and other materials (wood, plastics, etc.). Proficiency in using tools and machines for material processing.
• Language Skills: Good command of English.
• Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure in a high-stress environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Collaborative mindset to work closely with designers and the Modeling Manager.
