Imagine: it’s Monday. During the day, you’re working on a challenging project for a client in the energy sector. You analyze their business processes and use your knowledge of BPMN and requirements engineering to gain control of their digital transformation.

In the afternoon, you have a quick call with a colleague who’s encountering a problem with his assignment. Thanks to your experience in data governance and process design, you’re able to help him move forward quickly. That’s the power of collaboration within our Business, IT & Data cell: sharing knowledge, strengthening each other.

And then on Thursday, it’s time for the quarterly meeting. Together with your colleagues from the cell, you discuss progress. What’s going well? Where are the opportunities? With some snacks and drinks, the best ideas emerge for further development of our cell. Meanwhile, you don’t feel like an external consultant, but truly part of a close-knit team that is growing and building.

A week earlier, you were at the office for a training session. You chose yourself: will it be BISL? Agile? DAMA DM-BOK? Or maybe a BCS Business Analysis certification? You’ll be working on challenging and innovative projects at our clients! What does your work look like?

• You analyze business processes and translate them into concrete improvement opportunities;
• You gather requirements from stakeholders and turn them into clear User Stories and Use Cases;
• You work with models like BPMN and use tools to visualize processes;
• You implement solutions that make a direct impact on our partners;
• You assist your colleagues by sharing your knowledge and brainstorming together on complex issues;
• You actively participate in our Business, IT & Data cell, including quarterly meetings, trainings, and other events.

What we expect from you

• A completed HBO or WO degree.
• A natural talent for switching between Business and IT.
• Entrepreneurship and curiosity: you always seek the ‘why’ behind a problem.
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
• Experience with process modeling, requirements engineering, and Agile methodologies.
