About this vacancy

Als Bouwkundig Inspecteur bij TMC ben jij de expert die bestaand vastgoed grondig inspecteert en onderhoudsplannen opstelt die de gebouwen toekomstbestendig houden. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het signaleren van gebreken, beoordelen van de staat van vastgoed en het vertalen van jouw bevindingen naar duidelijke en haalbare MJOP’s.

What we expect from you

Afgeronde mbo+/hbo-opleiding richting Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
2-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in bouwkundige inspecties of onderhoudsplanning.
Ervaring met MJOP’s en bouwkundige inspectierapportages; bekendheid met AutoCAD of O-Prognose is een pre of bereid om dit te leren.
Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en communicatief sterk, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit bij bestaand vastgoed.

Arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd
Salaris €3.200 - €5.000 bruto per maand
Aanvullend een winstdeling oplopend tot 50%
Opleidingsbudget van €2.200 per jaar voor coaching & studie
