About this vacancy

As a Software Qualification Tester, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge embedded software solutions for automotive display systems. You will work closely with software architects and engineers, taking ownership of software qualification activities across multiple projects. Your mission: to guarantee that every software implementation meets the highest standards of performance and compliance.

What will you do?

Collaborate with software architects and engineers to qualify software implementations for display modules and driving boards.

Review software requirements and translate them into structured, executable test cases.

Design, automate, and execute software qualification tests following established procedures.

Understand embedded software architectures and the underlying hardware functionality.

Act as the Software Qualification Owner, demonstrating leadership, ownership, and a proactive mindset.

Engage in technical discussions with architects, engineers, and project leaders at both conceptual and detailed levels.

What we expect from you

Must-Have Experience & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor/Master in Electronics or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years in automotive software testing.
  • Strong expertise in CANoe and CAPL scripting.
  • Solid understanding of CAN, I2C, SPI communication testing.
  • Proficiency in Diagnostics (CAN & UDS).
  • Skilled in oscilloscope-based testing.
  • Experience in test case and script creation using ISTQB methodologies.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORs, JAMA), defect management tools (Redmine, JIRA, CoreALM), and version control tools (GIT, SVN).
  • Knowledge of ASPICE SWE.6 test activities and V-Model.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills for requirement analysis and defect verification.
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity testing.
  • Experience with Python, Java, and automation tools like Jenkins.
  • Exposure to ASPICE Level 2 environments.
